To use the vehicle for lawful purposes only
Not to allow anyone other than the approved renter(s) to drive
Not to use the vehicle for racing, towing, ride-sharing, or commercial delivery unless authorized
Not to drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing substances
The Renter acknowledges the vehicle is received in good working condition unless otherwise noted. The Renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear.
The Renter is responsible for: Any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, loss or theft of the vehicle, loss or damage to keys, accessories, or interior. The Renter agrees to promptly report any accident, damage, or theft.
The Renter confirms they have valid automobile insurance or accepts full responsibility for any damage, injury, or loss arising from use of the vehicle unless otherwise stated in writing.
