What does the chauffeur wear?
Black suit, tie, and polished shoes as standard. Gloves on request. Discreet, professional, and ready to take direction from your wedding coordinator on the day.
Can we choose the colour of our wedding car?
We carry vehicles in multiple finishes. The Rolls Royce Ghost is most commonly requested in white for traditional weddings; the Bentley Flying Spur in darker tones for evening ceremonies. Confirm specific colour availability at booking — fleet inventory changes seasonally.
Are the cars decorated for the wedding?
On request, yes. Standard wedding-day additions include a white ribbon across the hood and a “Just Married” plate. Floral arrangements on the bumper or rear deck are coordinated directly with your florist (we don’t supply florals ourselves).
What if our wedding date changes?
All bookings are non-refundable, but you can reschedule to a future date with at least 24 hours’ notice before your reservation, subject to vehicle availability on the new date. We’ll work with you to find the closest available alternative.
What’s your weather policy?
We operate in all weather. Vehicles are stored indoors and arrive clean regardless. For severe weather, we’ll proactively confirm timing or suggest schedule adjustments. Bookings are not cancelled for weather unless safety requires it.
Are the vehicles insured?
Fully insured, commercially licensed, and maintained on a strict service schedule. Insurance certificates available on request before booking.
Do you serve Banff, Canmore, and destination weddings?
Yes. Banff, Canmore, Lake Louise, and the broader Bow Valley are part of our standard service area. Destination weddings outside that zone are quoted individually and may include a chauffeur overnight allowance.
Can the couple drive themselves on the wedding day?
Self-drive on the wedding day itself is uncommon — most couples prefer to be chauffeured so they can enjoy the moment. Self-drive is more often booked for engagement sessions, pre-wedding photo shoots, and second-day creative shoots.
How is the deposit handled?
Payment confirms the booking and secures the date. Refunds and date changes follow our cancellation policy. Full details are sent in writing once your reservation is confirmed.
How many vehicles can you provide for one wedding?
Multi-vehicle bookings are one of our specialties. We coordinate the entire fleet so every vehicle arrives in sync — ideal for South Asian baraats, large bridal parties, or family transport. A dedicated point of contact handles the day.
Can we take photos inside the car?
Of course — every wedding does. Just ask the chauffeur and they’ll position the vehicle wherever the photographer wants. We’re used to it.
