What's the difference between a corporate account and a one-off booking?
A one-off booking is paid by credit card at the time of booking, like any customer. A corporate account is an ongoing relationship: your authorised bookers reserve against the company account, and we invoice you monthly with net-30 payment terms. Executive assistants don't need to enter personal cards; finance gets a single consolidated invoice instead of expense reports.
How do I open a corporate account?
Email us the company legal name, GST number, billing address, AP contact, and the names of the authorised bookers who should have account access. We confirm the account same-day for established firms (energy sector majors, Big-4, law firms) or after a quick credit check for smaller firms. Your account is live and bookable the next business day.
Is there a minimum spend or monthly commitment?
No. Corporate accounts have no minimum spend or monthly commitment. You pay only for what you book. Some clients book 20 rides a month, some book 2. The account structure is a convenience, not a subscription.
What's included with every corporate booking?
Formally-attired chauffeur, discreet unmarked vehicle, full commercial insurance, chilled bottled water in the vehicle, and the chauffeur's direct line for day-of coordination. Flight tracking is included on airport-related bookings.
Can we standardise which vehicle gets used for which executive?
Yes. We can note vehicle preferences by named executive (e.g., “John always rides in the Rolls Royce Ghost; Sarah prefers the Escalade”) and default to those on future bookings. Reduces the back-and-forth on each new request.
Who sees the invoice? What does it look like?
The AP contact you nominate at account setup gets one PDF invoice at month-end, itemising every ride by date, booker name, passenger, route, and amount. Suitable to drop straight into AP for processing. Line-item detail available on request for internal cost-allocation.
Are you able to serve same-day or last-minute bookings?
Yes, subject to fleet availability. For established corporate accounts we typically prioritise same-day requests. For a critical last-minute need, call the direct line rather than emailing — we'll confirm within minutes.
Do you serve destinations outside Calgary?
Yes. Our standard service area includes Calgary, YYC, Banff, Canmore, Lake Louise, Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, and Chestermere. For longer destinations (Edmonton, Lethbridge, Kelowna) we quote individually; multi-day bookings include a chauffeur allowance.
Can we book a standing weekly or monthly service?
Yes. For executives with regular needs (airport runs every Monday, standing weekly board drop-off, etc.) we set up a recurring booking. Discounted rate applies to committed volume.
How is this different from Blacklane or Uber Black?
Blacklane and Uber Black are discount-tier executive transport — the drivers are gig-economy, the vehicles vary in condition, and continuity between bookings is zero.
